Central Texas Housing Consortium (CTHC), members Temple Housing Authority (THA) and
Belton Housing Authority (BHA), is requesting quotes for a single contract for TERMITE
TREATMENT and OTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICES at various locations in Temple and
Belton, Texas. All work resulting from this RFQ shall be completed in full compliance with
applicable federal, state and local requirements. Quotes must be received by:

Quote packages including specifications are available by email from CTHC. CTHC reserves the
right to reject any or all Quotes and to waive any informalities in the Quote process. Quotes do

CTHC prefers to receive quotes electronically; however, acceptable deliver methods are U.S.
Mail, overnight carrier, hand-delivery or any other method that results in the Quote being
delivered by the date and time specified. CTHC does not accept faxed quotes.

A bid meeting will be held at HACV located at 4001 Halsey St. Victoria, TX on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 9:30AM. The bid meeting will include specifications, instructions for bidders and bid forms.
