The Central Texas Housing Consortium (CTHC) will receive sealed bids, for ADA Unit Conversion at 2 Apartments  and all other work specified and/or shown on the drawings, until January 24th at 10:30 a.m. at the CTHC office, 700 West Calhoun, Temple.  Specifications are available at the CTHC office for a non-refundable $15 fee.  Workers Compensation insurance is required. Women, Minority-owned and Section 3 Contractors are encouraged to bid.  Bidder is responsible for verifying the number of issued addendums before submitting their bid. This Request for Proposals (RFP) contains submission requirements, scope of services, period of services, terms and conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a proper and responsive proposal. CTHC reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process. Proposals do not have to be sealed, will not be opened publically and may be made with or without negotiations. You may email, fax, mail, or hand deliver your Proposal as long as we receive it by the above listed date and time. Mailed items shall clearly specify for BHA Landscape & Irrigation Maintenance Services  and be addressed to Jacci Harris, Procurement Administrator, at the address stated above.

Verification of Workers Compensation Insurance is required. Prospective offerors desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must submit a written request at least five (5) calendar days before the RFP submittal deadline.
