VENDOR MEMBERSHIP
In addition to our regular agency membership, we offer a Vendor Membership for $300 to vendors and consultants who are doing business with or are interested in doing business with public housing authorities. Once you are a Vendor Member, we offer a number of ways for you to gain name and product recognition with Public Housing Agencies/Authorities (PHAs)
- Advertise in the annual PHA directory which is distributed to all housing authority members as well as the HUD offices
- Receive first copy of the PHA directory at no cost
- Receive discounted Exhibitor registration at our annual conference and tradeshow
- If you have a website, we will provide a direct link from our THA website so that PHAs looking for a particular good or service can get immediate information about your company and/or product
- If you choose, participate on our Conference/Vendor Committee to help plan our tradeshows and increase networking opportunities with PHAs
- Receive referral advantage when PHAs call the THA office for information on vendors
- Contribute to a planned quarterly newsletter devoted to showcasing our Associates and their products and/or services. We will be asking for brief descriptions and/or photos of your product to share with our members, as our PHAs often do not know what our Associates have to offer.
Texas Housing Association holds its annual conference every August in different metro areas around the state. We have been averaging 50 exhibitors and total attendance of 600+. Interest continues to grow. We have been told that THA’s show is one of the best in the country. Ask any of our “regulars” and they will tell you that we go the extra mile to help our exhibitors however we can and continue to change our format when necessary to increase exhibitor exposure.
If you would rather not purchase an exhibit booth, there are other ways to show your support and get your name before the conference participants:
- register as a regular participant for networking purposes
- purchase advertising in the program booklet
- sponsor a hospitality room
- sponsor a conference function or special speaker
- donate door prizes
