• THA Associate Members – $750 (includes 2 registrations)
• Non-associate members – $850 (includes 2 registrations)
• Each additional representative – $100
• fee includes all breaks, receptions, luncheons and parties
• if you select a sponsorship package, the booth and an ad will be included
