•  THA Associate Members – $600 (includes 2 registrations)
•  Non-associate members – $700 (includes 2 registrations)
•  Each additional representative – $75
•  fee includes all breaks, receptions, luncheons and parties
•  if you select a sponsorship package, the booth and an ad will be included
•  if you are not an Associate Member, you may pay the $300 membership fee and receive a full  page of advertising in the conference program book at no charge.  To join  by check    online
