HEADQUARTER HOTEL
Our headquarter hotel this year is the Marriott Marquis in Houston. The hotel is located in downtown Houston, Texas, and is connected by skywalk to the George R. Brown Convention Center. It is also walking distance from the Minute Maid Park. Take a dip in their infinity pool or the world’s largest Texas-shaped rooftop lazy river.
Room Rates and Reservations
The conference guestroom rate is $164 for singles and doubles. These rates are good August 19 through August 24, based on availability. Standard internet is included.
- The hotel is 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted except for designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Credit Card is needed to hold and guarantee room but no deposit is required.
- If you need to cancel your room reservation, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.
- Check in is 4:00; checkout is 11:00.
- Cut-off date for the conference rate is July 28, 2023.
