Conference – Hotel Information


Our headquarter hotel this year is the Renaissance Austin, ideally situated in North Austin near The Arboretum, and overlooking the incredible beauty of Texas Hill Country. Individual hotel rooms boast artwork from local Austin talent, pillowtop bedding, sleek bathrooms and high-speed internet access. Savor Texas-inspired American fare at the rooftop, farm-to-table restaurant, Knotty Deck & Bar, with an outdoor patio. Take a dip in the two sparkling pools, or work out in the 24-hour fitness center. The Renaissance Austin is located just minutes from The Domain, the Austin Arboretum and the University of Texas.

Room Rates and Reservations

The conference guestroom rate is $154 for singles and doubles.  These rates are good August 15 through August 19, based on availability.

  • The hotel is 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted except for designated outdoor smoking areas. There is a $250 fee for smoking in rooms.
  • Credit Card is needed to hold and guarantee room but no deposit is required.
  • If you need to cancel your room reservation, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Check in is 4:00; checkout is 11:00.
  • Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 per room per day fee.
  • Cut-off date for the conference rate is July 23, 2021.

  • Hotel Valet Parking is $25 overnight, $18 daily

Before you cancel unneeded rooms, please contact the THA office to see if another PHA needs extra rooms.
