TRAINER
DEANA BROUSSARD is currently the Director of Client and Customers Services for Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS). She is responsible for managing the Family Self-Sufficiency program, HCV Homeownership program and the Customer Services division. Under her management, she has assisted countless families to become self-sufficient through the FSS program and formed successful partnerships with numerous agencies throughout the City of Fort Worth. She has aided over 200+ FWHS families to achieve the “American Dream” of Homeownership. She has been awarded over $200K in Community Reinvestment Act grant dollars that have assisted 250 HCV clients to purchase a home. She has served as an FSS trainer/presenter at Texas Housing Association conferences throughout Texas since 2014. Deana received a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and holds certifications from Nan McKay and Associates, Inc. in administering housing programs.
