Our headquarter hotel this year is the Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston.  The hotel is located at Seven Hope Blvd

Room Rates and Reservations

The conference guestroom rate is $155 for singles and doubles.  These rates are good August 9 through August 15, based on availability.

  • The hotel is 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted except for designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • Credit Card is needed to hold and guarantee room but no deposit is required.
  • If you need to cancel your room reservation, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Check in is 4:00; checkout is 12:00.
  • Cut-off date for the conference rate is July 19, 2024.
