Installation of Replacement HVAC Systems
Proposal Due: Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM CST
The Housing Authority of the City of Ingleside, Texas, is accepting sealed bids for a single construction contract for the replacement of HVAC systems in ninety-eight (98) dwelling units.
The scope of work includes the removal and demolition of existing equipment; installation of new HVAC systems; required alterations; and all labor, materials, and related work as specified in the contract documents and shown on the drawings.
Sealed bids will be received until:
9:00 a.m., April 14, 2026
