To access the Kilimanjaro Ballroom, Loading Dock #57 features a ground-level overhead roll-up door with high clearance for larger items that cannot fit through a standard doorway. The dock can accommodate approximately six trucks or trailers for unloading at one time. To avoid congestion and long wait times, exhibitors are encouraged to schedule their unloading across designated time windows. Once unloading is complete, vehicles and trailers must be moved to the back of Lot Cheetah near the road.
For exhibitors who do not require the loading dock, there are standard-size side doors available for load-in on the opposite end of the building, accessible from Lot A in the blue-boxed area. This side can also accommodate around six vehicles for unloading. After unloading, all vehicles and trailers must be relocated to the back of Lot Cheetah near the road.
