The Housing Authority of the City of Corsicana, Texas (the Housing Authority), respectfully requests proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals or firms to perform independent professional audit services for its public housing agency for fiscal years 2024/2025, 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, with an option for two(2)one-year extensions to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Housing Authority not to exceed five (5) fiscal years total. The Housing Authority operates 297 public housing units between two sites both located in Corsicana, Texas.
Responses to this RFP should be addressed to Ms. Kerri Majors, Deputy Director, and received at the Corsicana Housing Authority office, via hand delivery, overnight, express or priority delivery at 1360 N. 13th Street (Northwest Apt. Leasing Office), Corsicana, Texas 75110, no later than 5:00 PM (Central Time) February 24, 2026. Mailed or faxed RFP’s will not be accepted. The Housing Authority of the City of McKinney, Texas (the “Authority”), invites submissions of proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from bond advisory and compliance firms (collectively, the “Respondent”) interested in providing bond advisory and compliance services to the Authority. If Respondent has demonstrated experience in providing bond advisory and compliance services to public housing authorities (“PHA”) and is interested in making its services available to the Authority, Respondent is requested to respond to this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”). Stanton Housing Authority

Architectural/Engineering Services
Proposal Due: Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST
The Housing Authority of the City of Stanton, Texas issues this invitation to submit information on Architectural/Engineering services to design, inspect and coordinate work item for a modernization program. The Housing Authority will award the selected Architectural/Engineering Firm a one-time contract not to exceed three years.
Scope of Work: All work shall be in accordance with HUD Public Housing Comprehensive Improvement Assistance Program Handbook 7485.1,REV 4 (December 20, 1989).
The scope of work will consist of, but limited to, installing central air conditioning of units located at the Stanton Housing Authority.
If you are interested, please respond with a letter of interest, including a demonstration of understanding of the Modernization Program addressing the following items which will be used as Evaluation Factors.
(20) (1) Evidence of the Architect/Engineer’s or firm’s ability to perform the work, as indicated by profiles of the principals and staffs’ professional and technical competence and experience and their facilities;
(20) (2) Capability to provide professional services in a timely manner;
*(10) (3) Evidence that, where design work is involved, the architect/engineer is currently registered in the State where the project is located;
(20) (4) Past performance in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules;
(10) (5) Knowledge of local building codes;
*(10) (6) Certified statement that the architect/engineer or firm is not debarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from professional practice by any Federal, State or local agency;
*(10) (7) Evidence that firm presently maintains errors and omission insurance sufficient to cover the work performed under this contract.
*Note: Items #3, 6, and 7 are required for minimum qualification and the absence of any one of these will be cause for rejection of proposal as non-responsive.
